Generated and signed in one flow

An agent designs the template to local requirements. Taito.ai fills in current employee data and sends the document for eSign through your eSignature provider. The signed copy is saved to the employee profile.

Templates use fields from the employee profile, including custom ones, so employment contracts and compensation letters are generated with current data.

Signing runs through an integrated eSignature provider. Nobody uploads a PDF or sets up signers by hand.

Completed documents are stored in the right employee profile automatically, with access controls. Nobody sends follow-up emails or searches Drive for a missing PDF.
