Quarterly sales bonuses, calculated from HubSpot

Claude reads closed-won deals per rep from HubSpot, applies your commission plan, and — once you approve — writes each payout to Taito.ai for monthly payroll.

A Q2 sales commission summary. Marcus Bennett closed $412k for an $8,240 payout, Hannah Reid closed $357k for $7,140, and James Whitfield closed $298k for $5,960. The approved amounts are written to the Sales commission field in Taito.ai and routed to the July payroll run.

How it works

Commission that reconciles itself

One prompt at quarter close. Claude reads each rep’s closed-won deals live from HubSpot, applies the plan, and — on your approval — writes each payout to Taito.ai, where the agent stops at review.

Commission math you can trust

Pulled from live closed-won deals, the same plan applied to every rep, auditable line by line.

No re-keying into payroll

Approved payouts land in the Sales commission field and flow straight into the monthly salary run.

You review the numbers instead of building them

One prompt does the math. Your job is the sign-off — nothing is written back until you give it.

Prompt

Set up Q2 sales commission from HubSpot and write it to Taito.ai.

First, in Taito.ai:
  – Add a "Sales commission" field under the Compensation section on employee profiles

Then, for each rep on the Sales team:
  – Pull closed-won deals for Apr 1 – Jun 30 from HubSpot
  – Apply the commission plan:
      · 2% base on all closed-won revenue
      · 4% on the revenue between 100% and 125% of quota
      · 6% on the revenue above 125% of quota

Then:
  1. Show me the per-rep breakdown for approval
  2. On approval, write each payout to the "Sales commission" field in Taito.ai
  3. Route it to the July payroll run so it flows into monthly salary

Wait for my sign-off before writing anything back.

Frequently asked questions

Does it pay commission automatically?
No. It calculates each payout and shows you the per-rep breakdown, then stops. Nothing is written to Taito.ai until you approve — the prompt says so explicitly, and the agent respects it.
How does it handle accelerators?
You set the plan out in the prompt — a base rate plus accelerator tiers over quota. Claude applies the same tiers to every rep, so the math is consistent and reviewable line by line.
How does the payout reach payroll?
On approval it writes each amount to the Sales commission field on the employee record in Taito.ai and tags it to the payroll run, so the number that goes out in monthly salary is the one you signed off.
