Send contracts for eSignature with Docusign

Overview

The Docusign integration lets you send documents, such as employment contracts, for eSignature from the Assistant in Taito.ai, the people operations system.

Taito.ai takes the signers from the document template, and Docusign emails each of them a signing link. When the last signer finishes, Taito.ai saves the signed document to the employee profile.

How it works

Track every signer

Docusign notifies Taito.ai as each signer finishes, so you see where every document stands.

Signed copy in the employee profile

Taito.ai saves the fully signed document to the employee profile, next to the rest of the employee documents.

Set up

1. Open Settings → Integrations → Docusign in Taito.ai and sign in with Docusign.
2. Authorize Taito.ai to create and manage envelopes. One connection covers the organization.
3. To withdraw access on Docusign’s side, remove Taito.ai from Apps and Keys in your Docusign account.
