Taito.ai connected to Gmail.

Overview

The Gmail integration lets the agents you choose in Taito.ai, the people operations system, write email for you. Follow up with candidates, ask for missing documents, or send reminders without leaving Taito.ai.

Each person connects their own account, and you grant each agent access separately. Agents only write new messages. They can’t read your inbox.

How it works

Draft for review, or send

Agents save a draft in Gmail for you to check first, or send a new message following the instructions you give each agent.

Attach a calendar invitation

Agents add a meeting to a draft or a sent message, so recipients can put it in their calendar.

Send from a shared address

Tell an agent to always send from recruiting@yourcompany.com. If your account can’t send as that address, Taito.ai stops and asks you instead of sending from yours.

Set up

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in Taito.ai and connect Gmail with your Google account.
  2. Grant access to the connection from each agent’s Integrations section.
  3. To use a shared address, add and verify it in Gmail under Settings → Accounts → Send mail as.
