Send contracts for eSignature with Dropbox Sign

Overview

The Dropbox Sign integration lets you send documents for eSignature without leaving Taito.ai, the people operations system. Agents can request signatures on generated employment contracts and probation approvals.

Taito.ai updates the signing status as each signer finishes, and saves the signed document to the employee’s private documents.

How it works

Send for signature

Send any generated document for eSignature from the employee profile or the Assistant.

Signature requests from agents

Agents request signatures on employment contracts, probation approvals, and more, as part of the workflows you set up.

Signing status as it changes

See each document’s signing status update as signers finish. Taito.ai saves the signed document to the employee profile.

Set up

1. Copy the API key from your Dropbox Sign account.
2. Paste it in Taito.ai under Settings → Integrations → Dropbox Sign.
3. Taito.ai registers its callback with Dropbox Sign automatically. The integration uses your existing Dropbox Sign subscription.
