Employees, time off, and attendance in sync with Fortnox

Overview

The Fortnox integration keeps employees, time-off requests, and attendance in sync between Taito.ai and Fortnox payroll. Nobody enters the same change in two systems.

Agents use Fortnox payroll data as context in the workflows you build. Taito.ai permission groups decide who can run payroll operations.

How it works

Employees in sync

Taito.ai adds new employees to Fortnox and keeps their details matching in both systems.

Time off and attendance in sync

Taito.ai sends approved time-off requests and attendance to Fortnox payroll, ready for the salary run.

Custom workflows with payroll context

Build agentic workflows that read Fortnox payroll data for context. A pre-payroll agent, for example, compares each month with the last and flags the outliers before you run payroll.

Payroll access by permission group

Taito.ai permission groups control which people and agents can run payroll operations in Fortnox.

Set up

1. An admin opens Settings → Integrations → Fortnox in Taito.ai and signs in with Fortnox ID.
2. Choose the Fortnox account and approve access to payroll (Lön). There is no API key to copy.
3. Optionally, turn on Push new employees to Fortnox.
