Approved work time, sent to Netvisor payroll

Overview

The Netvisor integration keeps Taito.ai, the people operations system, in sync with your Finnish payroll. Agents read employees and work time from Netvisor, and Taito.ai sends approved work time back for the salary run.

Taito.ai previews every write first, and you decide what goes to Netvisor. The salary run itself happens in Netvisor.

Send approved work time to payroll

Use Taito.ai for time off and attendance, and push the approved hours into Netvisor payroll.

Set up

1. In Netvisor, create software API credentials and note the API user ID and key.
2. In Taito.ai, open Settings → Integrations → Netvisor and enter the API user ID, API key, and Business ID.
3. Importing work time turns on Netvisor’s Payroll service, which Visma charges per employee. Check with whoever owns your Netvisor contract first.
