Employees, timesheets, and leave in sync with Xero Payroll UK

Overview

The Xero integration connects Taito.ai, the people operations system, to Xero Payroll UK. Employees, timesheets, and leave stay in sync without anyone retyping them.

Agents read pay run history and payslips to check each run before it goes out. Taito.ai doesn’t access accounting, invoicing, or other Xero data.

How it works

Keep employees in sync

Read, create, and update employees in Xero, including start date, address, and National Insurance number.

Submit timesheets and leave

Taito.ai sends approved attendance and time off to Xero for the right pay period.

Check pay runs

Agents compare each pay run and its payslips with the previous one before it goes out.

Set up

1. An admin opens Settings → Integrations → Xero in Taito.ai and signs in with Xero.
2. The Xero account needs the Payroll Admin role.
3. You can connect one Xero organization at a time.
