Taito.ai connected to Google Calendar.

Overview

The Google Calendar integration lets agents in Taito.ai, the people operations system, see when you’re free and put events on your calendar. They book a review conversation, set up an onboarding session, or find a time for a 1:1.

You connect your own calendar, not the organization’s. Nobody else on your team gains access to it.

How it works

Check before booking

Agents read the events you already have and suggest a time that works for everyone invited.

Create, move, and remove events

Agents add an event with the guests and details you asked for, move it, or remove it.

Book on the right calendar

Agents list the calendars in your Google account and add each event to the right one.

Set up

  1. Open Settings → Integrations in Taito.ai and connect Google Calendar with your Google account.
  2. Grant access to the connection from each agent’s Integrations section.
  3. Google Calendar is a separate connection from Gmail. Connecting one doesn’t connect the other.
