Overview

The Teamtailor integration sends each new hire to Taito.ai, the people operations system. Move a candidate to the Hired stage and Taito.ai creates them as an employee, ready for onboarding.

The connection is one way. Teamtailor sends new hires to Taito.ai, and nothing flows back.

How it works

New hires become employees

Taito.ai creates each candidate Teamtailor marks as hired as an employee, with no retyping between systems.

Start agents on each new hire

A new hire from Teamtailor can start an agent. The onboarding agent sends the welcome message, assigns first-week tasks, and books the first 1:1 before day one.

Stop the connection any time

Teamtailor connects through a Taito.ai service user. Archive the service user to stop the connection immediately.

Set up

  1. Create a service user in Taito.ai that can add people, and copy its API key.
  2. In the Teamtailor Marketplace, open the Taito.ai app, select Activate, and paste the key.
  3. On the Hired stage of each job, add the trigger Send Taito.ai webhook.
